Days Inn (part of the Wyndham Hotel Group) had approved Everbrite as one of four sign vendors for the Days Inn re-image rollout. Everbrite was assigned to survey, manufacture, permit and install the hotels' new look for 1,800 sites in 1 year. While doing so, we had to make sure that the hotels' daily operations were not disrupted in any way.
Everbrite assembled a team to manage the branding rollout. We divided the country into regions for effective sales coverage. Further, we entered into partnerships with regional installation subcontractors to increase efficiency and manage costs. Last, but not least, we utilized Everbrite's own unique and advanced web based application - SITE CENTRAL, to manage critical issues and generate customized reports for the corporate customer. As a result, Everbrite was retained by Wyndham Hotel Group to manage their Super 8 re-image.
