From the inception of your project to its completion and beyond, an account manager who interfaces with each of our departments will be there to serve you.
Everbrite account managers are the industry's best, as they are the most qualified and experienced. Serving as dedicated company contacts, they handle all project details and are fully capable of major program implementation. One site to 500 sites, Everbrite account managers can handle them all. Coordinating with the Everbrite team assigned to the project, the manager will take on all internal and client matters, guaranteeing on time delivery, quality of product and client satisfaction.
The Rollout Team is made up of support departments as well as our customers. Projects begin with initial meetings to determine milestones, expectations and schedules. Clients are assigned an account manager who will be the customer's point of contact throughout the project. The plan will determine overall goals, necessary action items, timelines, budget and satisfaction reviews.
Led by the account manager, execution of the plan will include items such as arranging meetings, quoting, site survey analysis, landlord approvals, permits, order to manufacturing, shipping schedules, coordinating installation, invoicing and closeout documentation. Project information is available to clients through our web-based system.
Monitoring & Reporting
Along with outstanding personal service from the account manager, our clients have convenient access to our web-based project management software. This system allows customers to view the progress of all milestones, image locations as well as any product orders. We are happy and able to provide any type of reporting that a customer requires.
