In order to accomplish this pledge, Everbrite utilizes a nationwide network of over 700 subcontractors and 200 preferred installers/service providers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Each of these network service providers are well qualified, experienced and trained in troubleshooting, replacement, and maintenance procedures. These providers are also carefully screened before being accepted as part of our network and are continuously measured against a set of defined metrics for every job performed. We hold these fully insured network service providers to the highest level of performance standards to ensure your products are expediently and professionally serviced and maintained. Corrective Maintenance Services
Our Corrective Maintenance Services provides labor, parts and materials for all on-call break/fix service requests not covered under an existing Everbrite Agreement. Pricing for this service will be 1) At no charge for requests covered by an Everbrite Limited Warranty, or 2) At Everbrite’s standard (non-discounted) rates for billable requests.
We expertly service and maintain all types of interior and exterior signage, menu systems and drive-thru elements, ATM and kiosks, parking/security lighting and much more. Preventative Maintenance Agreement
This program is a systematic timed approach to inspection, detection and correction of emerging failures before they occur or before they develop into major defects. It is designed to preserve and maximize your image investment. This Agreement’s customizable provisions and detailed periodic schedule (typically annually) are tailored to your specific needs. Our mission is to maintain your signage and lighting in “like-new” peak working condition at the greatest value to you.
Corrective Maintenance Agreement
This program offers preferred (discounted) hourly labor rates, parts and materials for all on-call break/fix service requests not covered under an Everbrite Limited Warranty. It is designed to give our Agreement customers fixed discounted pricing (for the duration of the Agreement) when they sign on to utilize Everbrite as their preferred signage and lighting service provider. Our mission is to quickly respond to your needs, diagnose, and repair your signage and lighting on the first trip at very competitive rates.
