We hold the installers to a high level of standard performance to ensure customer satisfaction. Each of them is carefully screened before being accepted as a member of the team. They are held to very strict guidelines and are measured to defined metrics on a site basis.
Site Surveys / Code Research
Site Surveys and code research need to meet very specific guidelines. Everbrite Professional field surveys assure that all details are properly accounted for and include: Specific site-related questions, Code regulations and ordinances, Detailed dimensions of existing building and freestanding signage, Sign band surface area and mounting considerations, Site photos, Additional observations, traffic conditions and other special considerations.
The client's customized brochure, the branding book covers location specifics, plot plans, city code information, current signage, recommendations for new signage, specifications and more.
Everbrite does a tremendous amount of legwork to accommodate the needs of both landlords and customers, including property and municipality ordinance research, and assistance with negotiations. Our goal is to help our clients achieve the best possible scenario at a given location to optimize signage branding and size.
Permits & Permit Procurement
Acquiring permits to begin and complete the installation of a project is another area that requires a high level of skill and knowledge, considering that quick navigation of this task is key. Everbrite first analyzes municipal code to maximize signage, and next provides documentation and samples to then obtain the actual permits.
Everbrite offers a network of over 700 subcontractors to install customer signage throughout the United States. Our preferred network base of over 200 plus installers have been trained on our customer's products and services and are fully insured and inspected. This system allows us to provide superior installations to our customers any time and any place.

The site validation is the final inspection before launch. The installation team contracted for the project walks through each point of inspection with the client, ensuring that all aspects look, feel and function properly with checklist in hand. Once the boxes have been checked, all systems are go.
