Everbrite’s pledge to provide outstanding service does not end upon product installation. We offer a full array of Service and Sign Maintenance options, all reasonably and competitively priced to fulfill any and all needs.

Capabilities

We expertly service and maintain all types of interior and exterior signage, menu systems, drive-thru elements, ATMs, kiosks, parking and security lighting, and much more. Services include: Custom Maintenance Programs • On-Call Time and Material Services • Nationwide Service Contracts • Sign and Lighting Re-Lamping • Sign Cleaning and Repainting • Scheduled Preventative Maintenance Plans • Night Patrol Surveys and Reporting • Manufacturer Warranty Support • Warranty Extensions

Corrective Maintenance Agreement

Everbrite offers preferred (discounted) hourly labor rates, parts, and materials for all on-call break/fix service requests not covered under a typical limited warranty. It is designed to give our Agreement customers fixed discounted pricing (for the duration of the Agreement) when they sign on to use Everbrite as their preferred signage and lighting service provider. Our mission is to quickly respond to your needs, diagnose, and repair your signage and lighting at very competitive rates.

Corrective Maintenance Services (No Contract)

We provide labor, parts, and materials for all on-call break/fix service requests not covered under an existing Everbrite Agreement. Pricing for this service will be A) At no charge for requests covered by an Everbrite Limited Warranty, or B) At Everbrite’s standard (non-discounted) rates for billable requests.

Preventative Maintenance Agreement

This program is a systematic, timed approach to inspection, detection, and correction of emerging failures before they occur or before they develop into major defects. It is designed to preserve and maximize your image investment. This Agreement’s customizable provisions and detailed periodic schedule (typically annually) are tailored to your specific needs. Our mission is to maintain your signage and lighting in “like-new” peak working condition at the greatest value to you.
