Manufacturing Operations

Everbrite’s highly-skilled production teams and superior equipment ensure every component we make will be high-quality and meet all tolerance specifications. We use the most modern equipment in the industry – laser cutters, computer-controlled routers, plastic formers, and electronic assembly equipment – to offer quality in our products and value for the customers who use them.

Capabilities

Our sign manufacturing capabilities bring an unparalleled set of options, including but not limited to: graphics, mechanical, and electrical design; vacuum and pressure forming; metal fabrication; eight-color, photorealistic digital printing quality with rigid and flexible media fed up to 126.5 inches wide and 2 inches thick; four-color process screen printing, distortion screening; in-house powder coating; wet-spray painting; and neon sign fabrication.

Dedicated Electronics Facility

Our dedicated electronics facility offers efficient circuitry design along with surface mount and through-hole production technology. We produce electronic neon power supplies, LED alphanumeric boards for outdoor use, scoreboards, and message board applications, as well as LED lighting subassemblies for various medical and consumer-related markets. These capabilities translate into significant value for our customers by delivering a diverse line of superior, dependable, quality products that meet UL® and other quality standards.
